Happy guests are a pure delight to all of us here at The Palm House and BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort. And we love their great feedback. It’s testimony that we’re doing it right. So without further ado, here are some of those happy guests to tell you about their experiences.

You all helped make our daughter’s wedding perfect. All our guests who stayed at our park loved it and had a great time as well as being impressed with your wedding venue. You’re wedding coordinators the catering and bar staff but everyone really. Thank you all so much.

Ash and staff of the palm house went above and beyond to cater for our needs and wants,from months before our wedding to the day of we knew we were in great hands and that everything was going to run smoothly. The palm house and gardens are fantastic venues and gave us the garden feel that no where else in the whitsundays could give us.

Thank you so much to Georgie, Ashleigh and the rest of the crew at Palm House and Adventure Whitsunday. The support we got in the months leading up to the wedding was great, someone was always there to answer questions or guide us in the right direction. One of the best things about the venue was being able to have all our family and friends stay right on site, it was like our own little village. Everyone was stoked with the park.  As for the day, I couldn’t have hoped for better. Everything went right to plan, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The venue was beautiful, the Staff were amazing and it was everything we’d hoped for.

Thank you SO much for all the help and extra special little touches that you gave us… The ‘frog mobile’ as my seven year old calls it was fantastic and has come up great in the photos. The wedding day was everything that I had hoped for, tropical, relaxed and FUN!! I have always loved the park, but now it is even more special to me and my little family, we’ll be back to celebrate our anniversaries!!!

My sister & brother in law Sam & Cam renewed their vows on Sam’s 30th birthday 19th Sept and the ceremony was just beautiful. The park did a great job with offering their help and services, and I know Sam couldn’t speak more highly of Jodie.

I stayed here as part of a group booking –the “Unschooling Retreat” conference for 2012. WOW!! I spoke to Jodie the group booking person online and in person various times during the year leading up to the conference. At all times she was accommodating, polite, warm, friendly and efficient. Then I arrived with my 3 kids (without partner) and found all of the staff equally as accommodating and lovely!! I wish I had all their names. It was a busy conference and at times my kids wandered – the staff found and returned them to me, comforted them etc. (I wrote the cabin number on my 4 year old’s hand – she wanders) I even had groundsmen/caretakers offer to take my LARGE bag of laundry and drop it off so I didn’t have to carry it! A bad trip to the reef due to boat fault was reorganised by Jodie and team too – a huge hiccup was handled amazingly and it had nothing to do with BIG4 – just the heart to help us have our planned day at the reef, not enough thank you’s!! Thank you overall x 1000 times.

The BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is fantastic. I have taken boarding students there for two consecutive years now and we enjoyed it so much our Family has booked in for Christmas. Greetings Adventure Whitsunday Team… I have arrived home after the Unschooling Retreat and really want to say a big thank you to you all for your kid friendly hosting of our children and indeed all the kids that were there. It really means a lot to feel comfortable that their scooting and push biking and roller blading and pooling and all the other stuff kids do is allowed to feel a natural part of the lifescape of your resort. The jumping pillow etc at the conference venue (the Lilypad) is a brilliant kid attractant where we actually see them often without having to miss any of the conference. The flow of the evening was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Guy and his team for their excellent service. Our event raised a great amount of funds for cancer research for which we are truly thankful. The Relay for Life Bunnings Mad Scientists team would recommend The Palm House and the events team as an excellent venue and group to work with to anyone wishing to find a location for their special event.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your staff for a wonderful weekend away our Social Club had. I received nothing but compliments the whole weekend, which with a big group is usually rare, but they all loved the accommodation and the park, especially the activities for the kids. I did not hear one kid complain or say they were bored. I will certainly be coming to stay there again.

Thank you for choosing such a wonderful site for us. Not only did it have a great amount of shade we really enjoyed waking up to the sight of the beautiful trees every morning. The resort and the surrounding area has certainly developed since we were there in 2003; there are a lot of great things for the kids to do now and the pool is as wonderful as ever.

As you’re no doubt aware, St Catherine’s teachers held a Professional Development day in the Palm Room today.I must tell you every aspect was PERFECT. You must be so proud of your amazing staff. Ashleigh did an amazing job, ensuring everything ran smoothly.Even when there was a power outage, she kept her cool and organized back-up.The food was so delicious and beautifully presented.Thank you for turning, “Sitting on your bum all day at a seminar,” into a very satisfying experience.

As a Trainer in this amazing industry who has the great opportunities of working around Australia with many Industry Clients … I feel it is important to recognise the high level of customer service, guest satisfaction, organisation and attention to details provided by the team to this business and as obvious award winners I now know WHY you are this …The Palm House – this venue is truly outstanding and as many of my previous and current roles are immersed in the Event/Conference programs … to watch such a skilled and attentive team manage all of the separate elements of the program with a high level of professionalism, genuine care and regard reminds me why I truly love being a part of this industry. The communication was outstanding, challenges where met constantly with care and concern and acted upon in timeframes that were immediate and solutions where always inclusive of consultation and commitment to excellence.

The Resort – a genuine respect and admiration must be the core value that drives this team as everywhere I looked all I saw was well manicured lawns and gardens, clean and tidy open spaces, immaculate amenities and inviting locations to either enjoy facilities or relax … This type of commitment comes from the leaders in this business and gravitates throughout the team creating a strong, committed and accountable workforce … which is very hard to develop and then maintain … your vision towards this is outstanding and highly rewarding to view as a fellow industry team member.

The Staff – from personal presentation in well-groomed employees, uniforms that shout out “We are A Team” … to body and verbal language that reiterates your unified approach … I cannot speak highly enough .. To watch the team continually communicate, effectively motivate each other and strive for excellence through actions is a wonderful compliment to both themselves and to their management … as true team accomplishment is driven by the leaders and captured and provided by the team .. This is paramount in this business 

Got children? Family Reunion or event? This place has it all! We had our family vacation here. The organization was on point.  Venue was perfect, clean, relaxing & fun.  The kids had a ball.
